RCIA (The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) is a process by which a person makes a decision to become a member of the Catholic Church. A person is partnered with a sponser who participates in discussion, prayer, and activities with the inquirer. At Immaculate Conception Parish, the year long process is directed by Sister Jennifer. Call her @ 641-228-1071 with questions about RCIA.
The four stages in the process:
- Pre-Catechumenate
- Catechumenate
- Purification and Enlightment
- Mystagogia
