Monday is the day! We are so excited to welcome our students back to IC!

The moment our students enter the building is something teachers look forward to all summer—the smiling faces, excitement, and eagerness to learn. The first day is always special, and we can't wait to begin another year together.

💙 First Day Arrival
We will begin our first day outside together. Families are welcome to enjoy the excitement, take pictures, and visit with one another.

We have included a map so you know where your child's class will be located outside on Monday morning.

Drop-off and pick-up will take place in the Uetz Family Drive (circle drive).

To help keep arrival and dismissal safe and efficient, please:

Pull all the way forward when dropping off or picking up your child.
Follow directions from teachers and staff who may motion you forward.
Do not walk through the circle drive.
Do not pass another vehicle in the Uetz Family Drive.
Please remain in your vehicle while in the circle drive.
The circle drive is strictly for drop-off and pick-up.

💙 IC Uniform Reminder
We are so excited to see everyone in their IC uniforms. 🐾

If you received your order from Zip’s and found that something doesn't fit quite right, don't worry! For now, we have created a Google Form where you can list what you have available and what you are looking for. https://forms.gle/WrbS6DWanAqZwRDc7

We will do our best to connect families with one another when we see a match through the form.

Looking ahead, we hope to work with some wonderful volunteers to establish a Uniform Swap Day where families can more easily exchange items.

A lot of important information was shared during Parent Night. We have posted it on our website for families to review. This includes things like: Hallow, Fun Pass Friday, Shout Outs, and so much more.

⏰ Attendance & Being On Time
This year, IC is placing a strong focus on consistent attendance and being on time. Consistency helps everyone learn and succeed. Tardies can disrupt not only your child's day but the learning of the entire class.

To make attendance fun, we are introducing Fun Pass Fridays!

2nd Friday: Students with 100% attendance will choose a fun station during the last 15 minutes of the day.

4th Friday: Students with zero tardies will choose a fun station during the last 15 minutes of the day.

Scheduled medical appointments—including physicals, check-ups, dental appointments, or counseling appointments—will not count against students for this incentive when a note is provided. Illness and vacations will count.

These opportunities reset each month, so if a student misses one month, there is always another opportunity the next month!

⛳ Annual IC Golf Tournament
Our Annual Golf Tournament is Saturday, August 29!

This fundraiser supports IC School and is made possible through the hard work of our volunteers. It is also a lot of fun! There is still time to sign up!

🎁 IC Scrip
IC Scrip is available every day at school and after Mass on weekends.

Scrip is an important fundraiser that helps support IC's general budget and many of the extras that make our school special.

Scrip is simply gift cards you can use for things you are already purchasing—gas, groceries, clothing, restaurants, and more.

Thank you for partnering with us and helping make IC such a special place for our students. We are ready for a wonderful year filled with Faith, Scholarship, Kindness, and Service.

Hello IC Families,
Just a reminder that in person registration is this week for Prek through 6th grade. Tomorrow, Tuesday, July 28 from 10:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m. and Wednesday, July 29 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., we will set up any tuition payments, collect your forms that needed to be returned from your registration packets, you can deposit money in your child's lunch account, and assist in PowerSchool registration.
For Kindergarten through 6th grade families, Zips Outfitters will be placing the first uniform order tomorrow morning. If you have not ordered yet, it is important to have yours in tonight before they place this order. You gift certificate code is in your registration packet.

Hello IC Families,

Here are a few important reminders as we prepare for the new school year:

📄 Registration Packets
Registration packets are available this weekend by the Church Social Hall.

Beginning Monday, they may also be picked up in the school lobby on the following dates from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.:

• Monday, July 20

• Thursday, July 23

• Friday, July 24

They may be picked up from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23

Please note: The school office will be closed on Tuesday, July 21.

📅 Registration Days
All families are asked to attend registration on July 28 or July 29. If you are unable to attend on either of these dates, please contact the school office to make alternate arrangements.

👕 School Uniforms
Your registration packet includes your family's uniform ordering code. Please note:

• The code must be entered using all lowercase letters.

• Each student's order must be placed separately.

• Every student receives a $200 uniform gift certificate, which is approximately the value of three uniform shirts, one sweatshirt, and either a quarter-zip or cardigan. You are welcome to use the $200 credit toward any approved uniform items that best meet your family's needs.

• The approved sweatshirt is only available through our school uniform store and ordered twice a year.

This weekend starts our mass changes as our new pastorate has begun. Mass times are Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Please welcome our new priests this weekend to our community!

We look forward to seeing everyone soon and are excited for another wonderful school year at IC!
